Nitecore EDC23 2500 Lumen USB-C Rechargeable Ultra-Slim EDC Flashlight

The edc 23 is a great light. I carry it daily. It has a low profile and is easy to use. I recently had a problem with the switch and customer service was quick to respond. I sent it back after receiving an RMA number and was sent a new light. All occurred within 2 weeks. They communicated with me throughout the process, which was really refreshing.

This review isn't for a new purchase; it is for a warranty issue. After almost a year of daily use my EDC23 quit working. I contacted Nitecore via email and sent my flashlight to them as requested. After a checking my return product it was determined that there was an issue and Nitecore immediately sent out a new EDC23. I couldn't have been happier with the service or the result and will recommend Nitecore products for the quality of the products and the support!
