Not comfortable while running

The brightness and long life are better than another competitors headlamp I use. But this thing really doesn't sit comfortable on my head. It's either too tight and digs into my forehead, or too lose and bounces up and down while running. It desperately needs a strap overtop or needs to put the battery in the rear.
