Fenix HM55R RENEGADE Headlamp

One of the best headlamps.

I’ve had headlamps from petzl, black diamond and other well known brands, but this one is above them all. The quality build and the battery life far surpasses the others in the same category.

Simplicity in a headlamp

This headlamp has great battery life and simple functionality and quality was great…price was in a good range… what else is there to say. .

Great but fussy.

So far I like this light. The reason I went with Fenix, and this unit was the replaceable battery. I bought a spare so I can swap on heavy use days. The spot, and flood with variable intensity are great. I do like that it remembers your last use so it comes on with whatever that was. I find the single button control, and having to remember Morse-code to get to my next setting, but I'll get used to it, and it'll get easier.
