It is so easy to just grab a pack each day. What's even better is when I travel - if I'm gone for seven days, I take seven packages - it's so easy! While that may sound basic to most, when you are juggling a busy life and trying to remember all the things you need, it's easy to just grab one packet and know you have what you need. It also has a solid envelope/package so it's not advertising that the packet is vitamins. On a personal note, I also liked this blend. It doesn't make me nauseous and there are no weird aftertastes.
