You heard the old saying melts like butter that is how your strip steak was but also with terrific flavor and juicy my gosh how happy I am that I tried it I am always buying ribeye’s or t-bones and porterhouse what a very nice choices I am one Happy Customer 😊

Now These Are What Steaks Should Taste Like.

These strip steaks were very, very good. They had a strong, pronounced beef flavor, and were quite tender Not as tender as a fillet, but then again, I'm looking for flavor over tenderness with strips. I was very pleased. Preparing them was rather easy...after thawing and drying them, I just fired up the grill to 425, seasoned them with my favorite steak seasoning....salt, pepper and a little onion salt. about 2 1/2 minutes a side then remove from the flame and let them rest for 10 minutes.... absolutely yummy.

Not what we expected...

Given the price and the marketing around these steaks, we expected more. While ok, we didn't find them any better than our local grocery stores meat department.
