Now These Are What Steaks Should Taste Like.
These strip steaks were very, very good. They had a strong, pronounced beef flavor, and were quite tender Not as tender as a fillet, but then again, I'm looking for flavor over tenderness with strips. I was very pleased. Preparing them was rather easy...after thawing and drying them, I just fired up the grill to 425, seasoned them with my favorite steak seasoning....salt, pepper and a little onion salt. about 2 1/2 minutes a side then remove from the flame and let them rest for 10 minutes.... absolutely yummy.

Not what we expected...
Given the price and the marketing around these steaks, we expected more. While ok, we didn't find them any better than our local grocery stores meat department.
