Completely thawed. Bleeding out of the box. So obviously not vaccum sealed. E-mailed them, they said they would make it right. 3 emails later still no response. Do not waste your money with this company. Terrible customer service for this day and age.

My second order so right there tells you all you need. Great deal. Great steaks and burgers.

Appearance received just like the picture when ordered. Looking forward to grilling the steaks to test taste quality.
