Probably 15 years ago, a friend gave me a beautiful bottle of this vinegar, and I have not been able to function without it since. I have given it to many friends, and it is universally treasured in their kitchens. I love it on roasted vegetables, atop various salads, as a final addition to any crostini. It is my signature touch! Thank you so much for providing this exquisite vinegar to us!

The balsamic to use

Best balsamic I’ve had for the price. It is already in a thickened, syrupy state that allows judicious use. Great on anything you want that slightly sweet balsamic taste. I keep ordering 2 bottles at a time so I don’t run low.
