Willow Air Fryer Replacement Glass Basket

Unfortunately i have not had good luck with this air fryer. The original basket broke will while cooking on my first use. So i ordered a replacement basket shipping was $19 and when i went to use the first time with this basket in the middle of cooking another very loud pop and the glass basket had cracked in 2. I followed all directions with the machine and baskets as I really had hoped this would work. Unfortunately wasnt meant to be.

Terrible customer service!! Never attived damaged in transt. Contacted customer service numerous times. advised did not want anymore and they sent new unit. I asked for label to return wnd have not received!!!!
