Healluna Kinetic Support System with SmartDial™

This is terrible. I got it and when I was tightening it, it got too tight and I don’t know how to release it. I have asked the company twice about it and I want to return it and I’m getting no answer.

Ordered two sizes but both were the same size (placed one on top of the other and the perfectly matched top to bottom, side by side) None had size markings on either.
