Peakflex Knee Sleeve

I’ll tell you. first of all, you put it on, you tighten it. You cannot untighten it, so then you can’t use it again. So now I have two left, two rights, and I will not use them again because once you put them on, you cannot untighten them. I’ve left many emails to the company, and it got nothing back from them about it. So I will keep giving bad reviews when I see the ads for it, because they don’t respond at all. So I might as well just throw them all away because I don’t know how to send them back. I don’t know how to get my money back. I don’t know anything. So that is my review. If I could, I’d give it no stars.

I ordered 2 and it took a month and when I got them they were WAY too big but I ordered according to their siz chart. Then I was told they would send me a smaller sized free of charge and free shipping. The next email I got was if I gave a review and it stated most are 5star as if they wanted me to give a 5 star after all the issues, they would send the new ones. Then I got an email that said they shipped 2 more the same size and sent them and the next email said if i didnt want to give a review it would cost 9 or 10 dollars. I wouldn't recommend getting Anything from them. I just wasted 80.00. Horrible customer service.

The product came with no instructions. Once you tighten them you can’t untighten them. It took almost a month before I received them. Also it seems as my left Peakflex was used or returned. It did not come in a sealed package like my right leg did.
