Adjustable Knee Support Strap (2 Straps Included)

I haven't heard anything about when I'm getting it I ordered it I believe on the 22nd of August it's almost 7th or 8th of September and I'm about to call it in to cancel the order

I ordered this product and I havent get it, the shipping came after labor hours at nights and I requested to delivery during day hours, but I think you do this late deliveries for not give the order. Very irresponsible. Refund my money I cancel this neaty deal.

I did have a shipping problem with my order however, the company refunded my shipping cost and got them to me eventually. However, after i got them and wore them for a few weeks they are pretty uncomfortable. The Velcro on the back of the straps are uncomfortable and rub awfully bad on the back of the knee.
