Adjustable Knee Support Strap (2 Straps Included)

I did have a shipping problem with my order however, the company refunded my shipping cost and got them to me eventually. However, after i got them and wore them for a few weeks they are pretty uncomfortable. The Velcro on the back of the straps are uncomfortable and rub awfully bad on the back of the knee.

I have received them but haven’t used them yet.
