Tystrap Precision Strap

I'm so sorry to say that I can't wear them cause I have big legs I can't fit it on my legs so do you have a longer strap to fit my legs and I don't have the address to send it back to you so can you please help me out let me what u think I should do

Very well designed, nice gripe around the knee, holds strong and steady, and you’re right, you don’t even feel it

The straps will not fit around my legs. And in your instructions, it says one size fits all, but I cannot get the strap around my leg. I feel like I just wasted money for nothing.
