Love the covenience of the gummies I have noticed consistent energy all day with no lows. I have also noticed my hair skin and nails look much stronger and heathier so I will continue my ritual monthly

I would love to know if the gummies are as strong as drinking the tea. They are convenient but I prefer them if they were less sweet. I am not able to get the tea in U.S. for some reason. I believe they are working for consistent energy and hair and nails look better. Would prefer them less sweet though
