Does not fit the 715 series

I did pay attention to the description that this is for the 716 series, but thought I'd try it out. It is too big for the 715, but I am going to try modifying it. If it works, I'll let you know what I did. Otherwise, I'll be ordering a mat to try for myself.

Customer Service

I had a small problem with the silicone “shoot” for lack of a better term. I notified customer service with the problem and was asked to send pictures of the instal to show proper installation. Upon review I was told it was installed correctly and the part in question would be replaced at no charge. I received the new part in less than a week. I worked for many years in customer service and always took great pride in my service and the service I received was nothing short of great. Thanks for standing by your product, it’s very refreshing these days.
