Nice but no customer support after the sale

The unit arrived as advertised and was rather simple to put together. It was missing holes on one end of one of the boards. I called the number provided for issues and left my message, but no one ever responded as to how to fix the issue. Also beware, that you have no control over when items are shipped. After weeks of waiting, I received an email that my units would be shipped. It happened to be when I was going to be out of town for a week. I called and left several messages to hold the shipment for a week until I returned but with no success. I had to find someone on my end to get them and hold them, so they didn't sit out in the rain.
