Absolutely the best pre-workout. Really helps push through the duration of the workout. I mix with water about 10oz. You can feel a sense of "I'm ready for the workout" but not jittery. I drink on an empty stomach and have no issues. Can feel it hit on an empty stomach around the 15-20min mark. Really good products. I have also had the regular pre workout from them that doesn't have caffeine. It works just as well!
