Needs Refinement
I like the steady energy release, but the powder is super-fine and a mess to dispense. It is also difficult to stay mixed and leaves a white residue on the nozzle of your water bottle.

The texture is chalky and quite honestly I have struggled to get past it. I am trying to mix it in occasionally just to get rid of it but will not get again. The gels are fantastic. I love the gels which is why i tried this.

Game changer and helps me get BQs
Game changer for the marathon. Have used this for all of my BQs. I never bonk, taking this before and during the first three miles this helps me finish strong. I combo this with gels and it is the perfect combination. No stomach issues and love the taste!
