Great. Used them on 3 long runs at varying intervals of length and exertion and noticed an uptick in my energy levels. I’ve never used gels before but as I age I notice a drop in my energy output in my long runs. I don’t partake in much caffeineso the 25mg gels are great especially when I wake early for a run. No stomach issues as well
