Does everything you could want from a dip station. I really happy with it. (I even go upside down and can do hanging rows…) Hardware is solid as a tank. Looks good works good. 👍

Truly a must have for any streetlifter trying to take it to the next level. I bought these bars to finally let me pursue a proper dip without risking injury and not hitting depth. I am a taller guy, 188cm and 106kg so dipping on these bars are a completely new world. I used to have eleiko bars that are tapered and at max 54cm so for me hitting depth was super super hard and inconsistent, after buying these bars my dips are becoming better and better day by day and i feel a lot less restricted and awkward in my dips. For me, dipping on the widest setting (65cm) has truly been a blessing and has allowed me to dip with a high quality technique.

I have been training with this dips bar for a month and it's a game changer. You can adjust the width in order to perform the type of dip. It's very solid, and I'm very happy with it, I wish I had this piece years ago.
