Everything in the kit was of high quality.The only issue i had was the bike helmet did not fit properly, and does not appear that it would offer much protection.

Deluxe accessory package is garbage.

If I knew that my customer experience was going to be this bad, I would have bought the Velotric Nomad 2.0 The first day that I installed my new bike phone holder, it fell apart! I took pictures and sent them to the Mokwheel customer support team. They replied with the following. "We would like to inform you that our accessories are covered by a 30-day warranty. Unfortunately, as it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we are unable to process a replacement for the broken phone holder at this time." I purchased my bike from Mokwheel 40 days ago from the website, that includes the shipping time and time to get an appointment for assembly. If Mokwheel's customer service is this bad and willing to make a disgruntled customer over an inexpensive cell phone holder, than how do you think they will handle an expensive warranty claim. Buy Veloctric or Lectric they have very similar products with great customer service reputations.
