Great Bike and Great Customer Focus!

From the ordering process to riding the e-bike, my experience with Dirwin has been top notch. They are very responsive to all my e-mail questions, resolving any issue and question completely! The bike has a great ride, nice power and comfortable. Based on my riding style and first few longer rides, I’m going to plan on a range of about 75-80 miles. My typical ride is using pedal assist level 3, minimum throttle and about gear 8 with a mix of ATV trails and gravel. If you have any questions, email them and enjoy great customer service.
