Labrador Pro Ebike

My Labrador was delivered today. I was a little concerned because the box had a hole in it. But luckily there was no damage because the bike and the components were packed so well. When I opened the box I was surprised because I didn't expect to get the other items such as the cover, phone holder, mirrors, cup holder, bike lock, so that was a bonus. It took me about an hour to assemble the bike. Everything looks to be great quality and well built. I got the Camo model and I was amazed at the finish. I took it for a quick ride and I was very pleased with the performance of the suspension and power assist. The disk brakes stopped very well. This is my first E Bike, I did alot of research, and for the price I am glad I chose the PuckiPuppy Labrador Pro.

I thank PuckiPuppy for the Labrador Pro (order # 25569) (I did receive it : ) I also received an additional battery in a separate order :) Re: the controller (order # 26307) in hopes of having a back-up, I will not inquire further as I understand it is somewhere and maybe it will show up?? My experience with the original fork system on the Labrador Pro will need an upgrade through another manufacturer and I will bother you no further about helping me fix the issue. Note: I would like to promote and champion your company with my many conversations with other riders, friends, and all those I meet on the trails that the Labrador Pro E-Bike was my start, however I'll moving forward with the need for upgrades to this product and that I'll be looking elsewhere for future purchases. Very pleased. Fast shipping and well packed. Fairly easy assembly. A few tweaks here and there, but nothing difficult. So far I have had zero problems. A solid build and excellent finish. Suspension is quite smooth. Seat is too high for anyone under 5'9". Just saying. I am 5'8'" and I'm toes only on the ground and wouldn't mind a couple of inches lower for comfort. The manual could use a lot more information. This bike has very little online reference from the DIY crowd as of yet.
