Labrador Pro Ebike

The bike was very well packaged and the box was a bear to open. Assembly of the Labrador Pro was simple and took about 45 min. to complete. I purchased the accessory kit and was surprised to find many items was packed with the bike, making a bit of confusion and sorting parts a must! Also I was surprised to find NO horn, bell or safety sounding device of any kind! Oh well! One other complaint, The bracket that holds the most important part, the controller, is very flimsy!!! Two tiny Phillips screws ant you are afraid to tighten the bracket too much for fear something will break!

I need to exchange my new Labrador Pro for a ST but you want $620 to do it ? Extremely disappointed.

I like how the turn signals are built in to the taillight. The rear suspension is a plus and the top speed is the perfect speed.
