Great primer for loose multichromes! Apply to the eyelid and let it dry down for a bit, add your multichrome toppers and they will not budge! I tend to get the occasional watery eye and both the primer and pigments lasted through that. I also tried it as a lip color, however it felt a little too drying for my preferences. Still 5/5 stars for primer use!!
