The lobster tail was better than any restaurant's here in my hometown. It's worth the time--which is easy--to fix it in my own kitchen. I'll do it again.

Huge tail! Very moist and tender for such a large lobster tail. I steamed it and served it with garlic butter sauce. What else do you need? Perfect size for two people to share.
