Sous vide lobster tails.

We prepared the tails and cooked them sous vide at 136 degrees for 60 minutes. Prep involved removing the meat intact. Two tails, sprig of tarragon, a tablespoon of butter sliced, all in a vacuum sealed bag. It was delicious.

Very happy with my order. I haven’t served the lobster tails yet, but they arrived frozen and in good condition.

We hosted a steak and lobster dinner for ten featuring Main Lobster. Many of our guests stated it was the best lobster they'd ever eaten.Luckily I had the only bad lobster of the ten.It was a very successful evening
