3 lb Live Maine Lobster

Lobsters delivered as promise. Lobsters properly shipped and the size was excellent

The lobster was delicious even less than 25 minutes and it hit the internal 140 degrees temp .

The lobster was delicious , and it was a female , so had the roe, but I wish I had weighed it prior to cooking , since I think based on the amount of meat ( I eat lobster , steaming it my self ,rather frequently ) it seemed like it was under the3 lb mark .

We love the larger ones, and were pleased to get one male and one female since one of us likes the roe and one doesn't it works out perfectly!
