Good product but unacceptable customer experience. I placed a small order with 10 days lead time. Their standard shipping policy is 7-10 days so I paid the extra $25 for expedited shipping just in case. They finally responded to my email on day 7, admitting that they hadn’t processed my order yet but would make the macarons that night and ship the following morning. The package arrived on day 10, literally 30 minutes before my party started. The ice pack was completely thawed and box was at room temperature upon receipt, for an order in the winter with expedited shipping. Buyer beware for orders with standard shipping and/or in warmer months.
