I had a disappointing experience with United RV customer service. We received a product that did not work upon arrival and contacted United RV to request either a replacement or return. Unfortunately, we were told they do not handle exchanges or returns for defective products and that we would need to contact the manufacturer directly. After reaching out to Valterra, they informed us that this is not their normal process; however, they stepped up and promptly sent a replacement unit. The product itself may be fine once working properly, but based on our experience, United RV’s customer service and post-sale support were very disappointing. I would be hesitant to do business with them again.
