Quick response, would recommend getting the shipping insurance because my item was broken and it saved me shipping sending it back and then it said to me. Their technicians are outstanding they help me all the way to install my unit. They were also recommended by the manufacturer so that would be a plus.

Works great. recognized the Li Time Lithium battery right away. Charged it fully. Runs both 110 and 12 volts. Easy to install into my T&B trailer.
