I am 70 years old. The project I was facing was scary. I had to replace my Battery Power Center without any in depth instructions, images, or step-by-step guidelines. So I contacted Customer Service and spoke with Jackson. Jackson went out of his way to help calm my fears. His responses were patient, kind, and professional. I can not thank him enough. Well, I 'll tell ya, I looked at that scary Power Center and said to myself, "Hey you, so what! You ain't dead yet. Go for it." So I proceeded to replace one wire at a time; being careful to put it in the exact place it belong in the new unit. It took me all day. But I did it!!! So if I can do it, anybody can. Great company, great Customer Service, great quality products. I highly recommend them
