Love this flour

This is my first time using Mulino 00 flour in my sourdough bread recipe. It is fantastic!! My bread is light and airy with a beautiful crust.

Just used the Mulino Marino Organic Type 00 flour last night for scratch fettuccine bolognese! It was OUTSTANDING! This flour is FANTASTIC!

I love both flours. I recently had to start eating gluten friendly and gluten free flour just isn't the same. I didn't have any sensitivity with these flours!! This is just me.
