Best flour ever
Made ciabatta bread with this flour. I usually have issues with US gluten but had absolutely no issues with the bread made from this amazing Italian flour!

Malinowski Marino Organic Buratto Type 2
I have not baked the bread yet. Currently in feeding the starter phase. However, the texture of this flour seems smoother than the flour I had been using. It mixes very nicely.
Unless I really goof up, I think this will be a superior loaf of sourdough bread.
