I’m really happy with this snuffle mat! The design is super cute, and I love that it’s from a Canadian local company. The mat is exactly as advertised—made from high-quality, durable materials—and my dog Sefi absolutely loves it. It’s already become part of our morning routine, and she always goes to it first. I did reach out to customer support with a question, and they were very prompt and helpful, which I really appreciated. The only small downside was that it took five business days for the order to ship. It still arrived within the advertised shipping time frame and didn’t take long once it was on the way, but I was just so eager for it to arrive because I couldn’t wait for Sefi to try it! Overall, an excellent product and experience—I would definitely recommend it.
