Outstanding pizza flour

I've been trying every variety of gf pizza flour I can get my hands on since my wife was diagnosed with celiac disease. Molini Pizzuti is probably my all around favorite. Most say Caputo is their go to, but don't sleep on this one! Especially for Detroit style pan pizza, this flour is incredible!
