Underwhelmed

The chime itself is beautiful & from what little I’ve heard of the sound, it’s beautiful too. However, no matter where I’ve tried hanging it, it hardly ever actually chimes. All the parts move, so I know the breeze is catching it.The clapper just doesn’t seem to reach the bells-not big enough? Not heavy enough? Not strung right? The issue is not a lack of wind-we get plenty of wind where I live. Disappointed because I really wanted to love these as they replaced a set I’d had for many years that got destroyed in a “wind event” a while back
