Wonderful memorial piece

This chime is well made and has a lovely tone to it. I’ve received two and both are lovely. I’ve also given them several times and are always received by the recipient with appreciation and gratitude. If hung under cover (like a covered porch or overhang) the wood holds up looking nicer for more years than if out in the open (I have both situations). The chimes themselves still look and sound as beautiful as the day I received them. This is a wonderful gift to give or receive.

Amazing Grace Remembrance wind chimes

I ordered these for a client who parents were my personal friends and I sold their home after they passed away. My closing gift was this beautiful personalized wind chime to remind her of her parents. She loved it.

Poor Communication & Broken Note Feature

I ordered chimes as a gift to someone who lost a family member. After ordering, I noticed the gift note was not included. I immediately emailed the company and got no response for over a week. At that point, it took four separate emails to confirm whether or not the note was included. They told me the system was having issues and no gift notes were being included, so they knew this was an issue. At that point, it had already shipped. If they had responded more promptly, they could have included the gift note or proactively reached out to see if I needed a gift note since they knew their system wasn't working. At no point did they alert me to the issue, I had to notice. If I hadn't noticed, the recipient would have never known who sent the gift, creating a lot of awkwardness and work on their part to find out. As it was, it was not ideal that I had to let them know a gift was being sent with no note while they were in mourning. It was supposed to be a thoughtful and easy gift but turned into a huge headache.
