Unsure about the effectiveness, but one child has to be bribed and the other will not touch these. both dislike the taste and even my husband said theyre really not great tasting. I cannot have them sue to allergies so unsure. also missed one bottle during delivery when i reached out I was informed the missing bottle would be sent, but unsure of when.
