Having the spotlight and floodlight is crucial for navigating unfamiliar woods for hours as well as the ability to lower the intensity when setting up duck decoys. The red light is better than any I have used and is bright enough to see great and be undetected by deer on my walk to the stand. It is super lightweight and the band is very comfortable which is great for running. The battery life is great, but if you need several hours of maximum light I would recommend buying a second battery for insurance. I have now bought one for both my brother and my dad. If you are thinking about getting it, you will not regret it.

Have not had a chance to really put to use yet but it is definitely brighter than any other I’ve owned and the construction feels robust. Looking forward to dragging through the dirt for some time.

Love my new headlamp, put it to great use this past weekend shooting Castro photography on the Beartooth Highway. Worked flawlessly
