Matrixx Smart Metered Water Softener

I was in the market for a new water softener and came across US Water Systems. I was intrigued when I found a blog done by Mark Timmons called The Hard Truth About Salt-Free Water Softeners. It seemed to be an honest opinion backed with valid research and knowledge share. That primarily sold me on my purchase of the Matrixx Smart Water Softener MXX-150 with the Magna Filter System. I installed the system myself and it's been operational for 71 days. I couldn't be happier with the system up to this point. The rate at which salt is consumed will end up being about 5 times less than my previous water softener. Albeit the old Softener was 25 years old. I have well water with very hard water. That was all that I needed to have treated and the system is working great.

Took awhile to use app but finally got it. Bought covers on Amazon to protect my investment. Machine works really well and support group at US systems was very helpful. And support group for App very nice. I am very satisfied.

Excellent unit

Installation was easy. Unit is softening water as expected. Salt usage is much less than our old system. I love the app to monitor water usage and system operation
