Sent wrong product

I was sent the wrong product and was promised they would contact me and correct it, but they still haven't.

Very disappointed

Purchased a RO system for a customer, that took over a month to receive, due to backordered parts. Once installed the system is not functioning properly. I called and they sent out a filter and check valve which i had to pay for, once again took a month to receive. The unit is still not working! I have purchased another unit from elsewhere and installed for customer and had to eat the cost, Needless to say I won't be doing business with this company anymore.
