We purchased this softener for our 24/7 hot process water loop to combat scaling issues. Our water's been dead soft for several weeks now and we haven't found any scaling issues since it was installed. The initial unit shipped with a leaky valve but U. S. Water Systems' customer service team had a new valve to us within days. Very pleased with our experience and planning to purchase more units in the next few months.
