Sounds the same as the actual U87Ai
I have a pair of the Dachman DA87i mics and I just had to splash out and purchase a genuine new Neumann U87Ai to see if it was any better than the Dachman equivalent - well, it wasn't! No real suprise, but I had to find out for myself. An expensive experiment, but I feel even more pleased now with my collection of Dachman mics. Keep up the good work Dachman, you re doing a splendid job, thanks.

The Best 87 Clone on the market for an unbeatable price
Title says it all. This thing looks the part, but more importantly, it sounds the part. It’s got everything you love about the 87- clean, energetic, and present lows, musical mids, and rounded and detailed highs. The best 87 clone I’ve ever heard and right now my favorite vocal mic in a studio full of amazing mics.
