The Evening Elixir

Nourished, settled in my body at night

I've been enjoying The Evening Elixir for about a year now. It tastes delicious, which is an easy, in but the part that makes me more connected to this product is this when I do inevitably wake each night to resettle our 4year old back into his bed, my eye lids stay heavier... meaning my brain is not activating back into thought and reflection, which everyone knows at their busiest time in life is easy to activate and spiral. I'm sleeping better, more settled into my body. And this product will continue to be in my corner as a part of a staple routine for wellness and vitality. I'm close to my mid 40's, balancing hormonal change, family and work life and I'll keep using this to ground things of a night time because I know just how different that makes me feel each morning. My mother in law, who's in her mid 70's recommended it to me some time ago, gifting me my first tub and we both stand by it.

My night time ritual

I love taking my evening elixir each night after my sauna. It completely disguises the tastes of my creatine that I add along with some additional Ceylon cinnamon to make it extra healing and delicious. It is so low calorie that it doesn’t break my night time fast and helps with overnight hydration. I never miss this part of my sleep routine.

Essential evening tonic

This delicious blend has become an essential part of my night time routine. I notice the difference to my sleep if I run out or miss it. As I don’t like milky drinks at night, I mix a heaped teaspoon with hot water and make a little ‘shot’. Will continue to purchase, really love this blend and the carefully curated ingredients.
