I bought the open box DF83 v2 in black color. Luke from MiiCoffee was very good ad communicating and answering all my questions. After placing the order, I received the tracking number within minutes; and the item was delivered to me in 2 days! This is super fast and a pleasant surprise. The open box item was in great condition, consistent with it being opened and used for a few days. There were no flaws in the unit beyond some cosmetic ones and I am glad I purchased an open box unit that came with a seasoned burr and saved money over buying a brand new one. I highly recommend others to do so as well if they have open box units in stock. DF83 is an excellent grinder that replaced my trusty Eureka Mignon Specialita. It produces consistent grind when you grind with hot start and does not need any RDT. I wish the unit came with built-in anti-popcorn device, but you can purchase one for a nominal extra price. The only flaw about the DF83 I would point out besides not having the anti-popcorn is that the dosing cup holder is too far from the chute and causes a bit of a mess if you do not use the dosing ring that comes included in the box. Both these are minor and easily fixable with some 3D printed accessories you can purchase from miicoffee while placing the order.
