Love this pre-workout for both the flavor and I don’t get that tingly feeling when I take it but do feel the energy. Hula girl is my #1 favorite flavor of all time!

Great flavor, and helps me get through my workouts!!!

This stuff works

Holy moley - this stuff is the precise kick in the butt I need to get me going in a workout. I am pretty sensitive to the tingly/skin crawling feeling a pre-workout brings and this on is the most subtle I've ever felt (and I've tried many pre-workouts). Based on her insta, I know Kristin worked very hard to get this precise makeup (energy kick, great focus, but not super skin-crawling). On flavors, the hula girl is absolutely delicious, I hope she brings it back into stock! Razzle dazzle is very sour/lip puckering (which is not my thing, but some people love that). I have yet to try green apple yet.
