Coleman | Mach Control Box | 9530A751 | Heat Pump

The whole package is what is upsetting. I bought a new Mach 8+ heat pump/air conditioning unit. No where in this purchase did anyone or anything indicate the electrical control unit wasn’t included. After mounting the unit, then I found out the electrical control unit wasn’t included with the price. A heads up or suggestions of purchasing the electrical connection would have been a good customer service bonus. I was told I was supposed to use the lid one…like I should have known that. Just poor customer service and common sense when you purchase a $1300 rood top a/z
