The price was great compared to others.. shipping was fast and arrived when scheduled.. If I had one gripe it would be the flimsy cardboard and insulation packing around the tank, other than that, I'm fine with my purchase and would definitely recommend to friends and will look to order more from this company!

Unit had some broken spot welds. Metal framing was dented. Should have never been shipped out in that condition. Not happy.

This water heater fits perfectly and is a great replacement for our Dometic that sprung a leak. You can reuse the Dometic lid if you want and also we reused the 2 control switches mounted on the wall.
