This product is excellent and very easy to install. Although it was not delivered to my lot-C-11. The driver left the package at the Managers House and I had to drive over to there house and get it. Drivers need pay attention to detail because if he had know it was a hot water heater for a travel trailer and not a house. The picture he took made me ed it think I was going to have to drive all over the area to find it. I was lucky to see in the picture the mail box that I put my check for rent in. Anyway I received it and it’s installed. I need to order some more products but have been having difficulty finding the items on my computer. 1. I need 60’ of the rubber that comes in two pices. One is the 2 7/8 to 3inch long with the glue strip on back 2. Another 60 ‘ of the bulb that slides in the first part after everything dries. 3. Also there are these plastic scraping tools that come with the first two parts to be able to clean glue and old caulk off. 4 I also need 2 tubes of the 501LSW-1 lap sealant ( self leveling ). 5. There is this plastic Black covering that covers exposed screws that hold down water spouts on both sides and other places. 6. Might even include screws because I believe that is where the water is coming in. After I remove all the old stuff I need the stuff I just talked about here before I start. Everting is black color even the head on the screws. Screws could be a little bigger in dis to get better fit. Do you think you can help at least get it in a cart ready to pay for as I have a friend who is going to pay for it.

the water heater was a direct replacement for my old one in a 2002 Newmar Duthchstar, installation was straight forward, i decided to buy new copper 1/2 x 1/2 male npt hose fittings instead of reusing the original plastic ones, works great heats up fast
