So far, so good. Very easy to install. Took a friend only an hour and it was up and running. Have not actually used it, yet.

The packaging is not adequate to protect such a delicate item from high-speed forklift drivers. They should put a layer of 1/2" plywood around the bottom 1 foot of the fridge to give it a fighting chance. United has been super helpful in the replacement process.
