Unfortunately, my original package was lost by USPS, and I was honestly very stressed about the situation. However, the Moehair team was incredibly kind, professional, understanding, and quick to help. They immediately sent me a replacement package and stayed supportive throughout the entire process. What impressed me most is that even though the shipping issue was not their fault, they still handled everything with so much care and generosity. It’s rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers the way they do.
